This article shares results of a research centred on Millennials expectations of their managers. As the Millennials already are the largest segment in the workplace (and within the next two years, 50 percent of the U.S. workforce is expected to be made up of Millennials), being aware of their expectations and ready to meet them is fundamental for any team leader!
Interestingly, the article shows that they want more feedback from their managers than the rest of the workforce; also what they want most from their managers isn’t more managerial direction but more help with their own personal development.
